  • PHASE 2: CLEANSE (7 DAYS)

  • PHASE 3: RE-INTRODUCTION (5 DAYS)
    In the Re-Introduction phase, you will re-introduce foods back into your diet one by one to identify food sensitivities and intolerances and create a maintenance diet that best serves your unique body.
